**Objects:** A.     TO RELIEVE CHILDREN, YOUNG ADULTS AND FAMILIES WHO ARE LIVING IN CONDITIONS OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD IN SUCH WAYS THAT THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME SEE FIT B.     TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN AT SELECTED SCHOOLS IN NEPAL, MEXICO AND PERU, PROVIDING SPONSORSHIP OF SCHOOL FEES, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, SCHOOL UNIFORMS AND PROVISION OF EXTRA-CURRICULUM EDUCATIONAL COURSES.

**Activities:** We raise money to:*provide sponsorship and education to disadvantaged children in the developing world;*support education projects that improve the infrastructure in schools by providing resources, improving facilities and buildings and providing training for teachers.
