**Activities:** TRACKS is a community initiative dedicated to the development of individuals and communities through empowerment, education, skills acquisition and creating awareness. We aim to build collaboration in communities to enable them partner together to solve social problems. We work to scale up the capacity of disadvantaged individuals and minority ethnic groups to help them integrate with society.
