**Objects:** TO PRESERVE THE REMAINS OF THE CLUNIAC PRIORY OF ST PANCRAS NEAR LEWES IN THE COUNTY OF EAST SUSSEX ("THE PRIORY") FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND ESPECIALLY THE INHABITANTS OF THE DISTRICT OF LEWES, TO FACILITATE PUBLIC AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL ACCESS TO THE PRIORY AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE PRIORY AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN THE HISTORY OF ENGLAND.

**Activities:** The Lewes Priory Trust manages the remains of the Cluniac Priory of St Pancras, Lewes, East Sussex on behalf of Lewes Town Council. The objects of the charity are to preserve and enhance the historic monument for the benefit off the public and residents of Lewes.
