l. Sunday Seivices
We pi'ovided weekly wor51)ip services gathering around ISO peopk each Sunday. These seivices contillued to be slreained
oiiliije so those ut]able to attend could still engage which was especially important for tbose who are vulnerable. The Ollline
¢iivilies also helped provide d place for new people to conDect and engage wtih the cl)Iwch.
We continue to work towards creating a diverse. multi<ultural congregation and gather people from many parts of tl)e city
and throughout the region with ttventy-nine nationalities T¢presented amongst our church menknership.
2. Evangelisni
We ¢oi)iinued lo run 'Alplia' Courses helping people explor¢ the Christian faith, running a course during th¢ eai'ly moi)tlis of
2024 with arol￿d 40 people in attendance. This year we hav¢ crtaled a that regularly visits HMP Hwnb¢T to support
the Suttday Chapel seLViCC.
3. Social Action lllitiatives
Many of our day-liine inid-Ive¢k activities revolve arouud Jubilee Life College. The Life Colleg¢ aiins to give people 'life
skills, to help them grow in confidence. seif-esteeni and Greate greaier employnent opportunities. During 202312024. 132

Tlie Big Issiie in the North continues lo be di$lribuied frorn Jubilee Ceniral and ovei¥een by Jubilee Chiirckn. This project bas
suppoi'led 22 iJdividuAls to make a living from working rather than begging. Tbc building also continues to acl as a
dislribuiion hiib for Hull Foodbank and we 81s0 provide wa￿h01￿C facililies foi their food.
4. Children's ai)d Youth AclivitiL's
We have continued to provide activitie5 for pre-school and prirnary school aged children every Sunday with over 60 children
engagii)g in aciivilies. We I￿ve also run toddler groups ruiintn8 in Iwo locations each week (Jiibilee Central and Edinbursh
Street Community C¢tLlr¢l. In August 2023 w¢ ran a sun]mer club for 4-1 l y¢ar olds with 25 cliilditn engaging with these
a¢liviiies and as part ofthis we Tan a family fun day which saw over 250 people comin8 through the church doors.
We have provided itgularly aciivities for I1-18s with meetings 011 botli Friday eveiiings and Sui)day n)orning5.
Approxiinately 30 young people have ¢ngaged with ihese activiti¢&
5. Lif¢ Groups
We encoura8e all ¢burch members to g¢lively iDvolve thentselves in Ibe community durin8 the week as 4 pla¢e to build
friendsbip and grow spiritually. This n)ainly happens tlrough OLIT life Groups,. These are small groups of churcli u]￿nber8
who ttie¢t in hom¢s across the regions and had 112 people en8agiDg with a¢tivilies in 14 group5 during Ibe year.
We also continued to support tbe needs of our dIVe￿e congregation through our pastornl team which regularly met to review
Il)e sysiems we have in place and make neCe￿ary changes. This in¢lud¢s a team who support those who are VLilnernble 4u)d
niay not be able to fully engage in church activities including the elderly and Ibe ill. This team 8re able to provide additional
ipport as well as making visits.

We arranged. assisted, and sliPPOrted Church membcrs in attending various online conferences and traiiiing events
throughout the year. Thi5 included taking ?6 members to Togeihev. a church conference in Durl)am ivhich happened in
March 2024. We also l￿d 3 rnembers who ivere involved in leadership training in London witb Regions Beyond.
7. ChurGh Planling
Our church plant, 'Freedon] Church, continued activities in North Hull with a small group of adults meeting w¢ekLy for
worsliip se￿IC¢S. Duriii8 th¢ week, the team engaged with Ibe local comnwnity ihrough the Tuming of 'Jubilee Lite College,
courses, a foodbank and a weekly %varm space. to serve local residcnts.
DLTring the year wc have continued lo support a church in Malawi called Trinity Church ZombA'. Our tean) have beeii
involved in lrnining and supporting the team in Malawi with a leam from Hull due to visit in 2024.
We have also held rnonlhly meetings in Hedon and in West Hull for chiirch members in that area willi Ilie latter Seeing
opportlinities lo laun¢h new community activities.
8. P￿.1￿cEShIpS
Over tlie last year we have worked ivith a number of oiher churches in the locality, region and inlernalionally. This has
prirnv< ily been through our partnership with Regions Beyond and churclies linked lo the family of churches. We have V41so
contiiiued to work with OUF paTther charity, Shine Relief iii Molawi.
Locally> the Church is part of the Hull 2030 network locally and is part of the Evangelical Alliance.
9. Building
We have continued lo s¢e oiir building being a key community resource in the City cenlre and our Irading ￿1b$idI8ry, Jubilee
Central Ltd ha5 had a strong year wbich has enabled profit to be reinvcsled back into tbe church.
We bave ci)n(inued to fiindraise for Ihe Full View Projecl, which aims lo redevelop Ihe frontage of our buildiiig and creat¢
café aiid commuiiity space. Money Taised from ehurch giving and from grants including Levelling Up Fuiiding has enabled
us to work with oiir archit￿t to select a contractor with work due to begin July 2023 with tl)e aim of compl¢tion by Marcli
2025.
The trnsl¢es are pleased with the overall outcomc of thc above in tern]s of rneeting the charity's stated objectives and are
making plaiis lo ensure sustaiiiable growth and dev¢lopment of the churcli in the years to come.
FINANCIAL REVIEW

Compared lo the previous year, this represents a small reduction in bolh income and expenditure. This is due 10 the in¢orne
and expenditiire for Ilie building now bcing adTninist¢ied through Jubilee Cenlral Ltd. The cli￿1 incoine is sufficient to
eet the nee1]5 of the chaTlty and the tn15tee5 are pleased with the overall financial position and sfatc of affaii'5 of the charity
at the period end. The I￿￿tee5 are confident that the plans will secure lollg-terni sustainability of IIK charily and reniain
optimistic as regards the charity's future.
Invcstment policy and objeetiv¢s
Tlie charity's surplils funds are retained on current account with Unity Thist Bank. The 1rn5t¢e5 liave power lo invest any
money belonging to the charity as they see fit.
