The Charity's 0tr4ects ar& lo advance religlon in accordance wlih the Orthodox Jewish Faith and for such other
purposes as are recognised by English Law as charitable and in furtherance of the aforementioned objects but
not othewise..

The trustees have paid due regard lo guidance issued by the Charity Commission in decidlng what a¢tivities the

The charity's main funding sources are companies in whith Iwo of the trustees have a malerial interest, these
coinpanies fund the charity as and when needed ni order lo maintain adequate reserves.

There are no going concern issues.
The Iruslees have assessed the major risks to which the charity is exposed, and are satisfied that systoms are in
place to mitigate exposure to any major risks.

1.1 Basis of preparatlon
The financial slalements have been prepar8d in accordance with t118 charily's Memorandum and Articles of
Association,
the Companies 20￿ and "Accounting and Reporting by Charities= Statement of
Recommended Praclice applicable lo charilies preparing Iheir accounts in accordance with the financi81
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 102)° (as amended for accoui7ling
peTiods commencing from 1 January 20161. The charily is a Public Benefil Entily as defined by FRS 102.
Th8 charity has taken advanlage of the provisions in th& SORP for charities applying FRS 102 Updale Bulletin
1 not to prepar8 a Slatemenl of Cash Flows.
The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the fundional currency of the charlly. Monetary
amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. The principal accounting
policies adopted are sel oul below.
1.2 Golng concèrn
Al Ihe lime of approving the financial statements. the trustees have a reasonable expeclalion that the charity
has adequate resources lo continue In operational exislence for the foreseeable future. Thus the trustees
continue lo adopt the golng concern basis of acGounting in prepaiing the financial slalemenls.
1.2 Charitabla funds
Unrestricted funds aro available for use at the discretion of the trustees in furtherance of Ihelr charitable
objectives.
Other than unreslricled the Charity held no other lype of fund al any lime during thè current or pieceding
periods.
1.4 Income
Incom8 is recognised when the charity is legally entilled to il afier any performance condilions have been mel,
the aM(￿nIS can be measured reliably, and it is probable that income will be received.
Cash donalions are recognised on receipt. Other donalions are recognised once the charity has been notified
of the donation, unless performance coiidilions require deferral of the Amount. Income tax recoverable in
relation to donalions received under Gift Aid or deeds of coveiianl is recognised al the lime ol the donalion.
Legacies are recognised on receipt or Othe￿is6 if the Ghatity has been notified of an impending distribution,
Ihe amouiil Is known, and receipt is expected. If the amount Is not known, the legacy is Irealed as a
conlingenl assel.
1.5 Expèndlture
Dire¢1 charitable expendilure comprises expense incurred directly in piirsuance of the charily's principal
a¢tiMty.
All expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and has been dassified under headlngs Ihat aggregate
