**Objects:** 1 TO BRING BENEFIT TO THE INHABITANTS OF THE PENIEL AND RHYDARGAEAU AREAS AND THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING WITH THE LOCAL INHABITANTS, LOCAL AUTHORITY AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, SOCIAL WELFARE, RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS,2 TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME (WHETHER IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY) IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS,3 TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED.

**Activities:** 1) To benefit the inhabitants of the Peniel and Rhydargaeau areas by associating with the local inhabitants, local authority and voluntary organisations to advance education, social welfare, recreation and leisure time occupation in order to improve the lives of the said inhabitants;2) To establish and manage a community centre;3) To promote other charitable purposes as appropriate.
