PERFORIMNCE AND IMPACT
The year on whlch we are reporuw was marked by the ftjll emergèn￿ of Ihe county {8nd world> from Ihe
COVID-19 pandemlc.
The Board Is plaased to report thal the economk benefit rthmed to our dlstrlct dlredy through I￿r work was
£1.061million. Thts was an inc¥ease of 130% over the prevlous yeor. The in￿rne gain secured for our dlents
was £746.000, an Incrthqse of 89% over the prior year. The d8bts written off for our Cl￿nts was £213.000. an
increase of more than 8 times the previous year. These two are88 make up 92% of the galns achleved for
¢ltents. The gains schieved are more than 4 tlmes the costs of ouropeT8tions.
But. of ¢ours8, many clients expwbnce dIff￿ultIeS that are hugely impactful to thelr Ilves and w8Nbeing, but do
