## Activities

**Objects:** TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR WATER BASED ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF TORBAY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Provide sailing dinghies, rescue boats and qualified instructors to enable school children in Torbay to have the opportunity to sail.  Training facilities and teaching aids are provided and through RYA (Royal Yachting Association) approved courses this enables children to gain sailing qualifications.Through the RYA Onboard Scheme sailing opportunities are available to disadvantaged children.
