**Activities:** FitKidz aims to improve the lifestyles of children in its care, by educating them in their physical well being. This is done in a structured learning programme relevant to the childs age, where they will be introduced to any number of the 58 sports available in the club as well as learning the science behind sport, in in a safe and caring environment.
