charity ('Ihe Trust") for the year ended 3111212024.

basis of report
As the charivs trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(Yhe Acr).

have followed all the applicable Directions given by 'the Charity Commission
under section 145(5){b) of the Act.
Independent The charity's gross income does not ex￿ed £250,000 and l am qualified to
examiner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of the Association
of Chartered Certified Accountant
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disdosed below ") which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
