The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records, whlch disclose with
reasonable accuracy at any tirne, the fina￿la1 positton of the charity and to enable them to
ensure that the financlal statem8nts, comply with the Companies Act 2016, Charitles Acts and
FRS 102 SORP. They are also responsible for safeguarding the asset3 of the charity and
hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention of fraud and other irregularities.
