**Objects:** THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AMONGST COMMUNITIES WHICH HAVE BEEN SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED AS A RESULT OF CIVIL DISTURBANCE, WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE PANKISI VALLEY, GEORGIA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT

**Activities:** Principally, providing extra English and IT teaching in six villages (180 pupils) in the Pankisi Gorge, Georgia to 13, 14 and  15 year olds - facilitated by of teaching material, extra training for teachers at Telavi University .  Hire of rooms in Duisi provide a dedicated education centre.
