Aud5t response to Tisks Identified
As a result of performing the above. we identified revenue and resource recognititin as a key audit matter related to the potential risk of
Ir3ud. Our procedure5 to res[￿nd to risks identified included the following..
reviewinE the f4nancial 5tatemeni disclosules and testing to supporting documentation to as5e5s comp51ance with provlslons ()1
relevant laws and regulation5 de5crlbed as having a direct effect on the linanclal statements,.
understanding the charity's revenue recognitton policies and how tl)ey are applied. including the relevant controls and performing a

• enquSring ol management concerning actual and tjotential litigation and claims-
performlng analytical procedures to compare rever>ue recogntsed against expe£tation5 and based on past experi¢n¢e5 and

selectlnglourr>als for testing which appeared unusual in naiure. eilhei due to slze, preparer or date of posting. To test their validlty. we
verifled the journals to originating documentation.
We also communicated relevant rdentllled laws and regulations and potential fraud risks to all engagernent team members and
remained alert to any Indications of fraud or non-compliance with laws and regulations throughout the audlt.
Because of the Inherent Ilmilatlons of an audit, there is a risk ihat we wlll not detect all IrregulaTltle5, Includlng those leadlng to a
materlal mlsstatement In the flnanclal statements or non-compllance with Te8ulatlon. Thi5 risk Increa5e5 Ihe rnore that compllance with
a law or ¥egulatlon1s removed from the events and Iransoctions reflected in the financial statements, as we will be le55 likely to become
aware of Inslances of non-compliance. The rlsk Is also greater reeardlng IrregulaTltles occurring due to fraud rather ihan error, as fraud
Involves Intentlonal concealment, forgery, collusbon. omission or mlsrepresentation.
