| began works on a new leisure centre and | ||
| housing which entailed the signing ofa new |

| lease for the current centre to move our | ||
| operations nearby. The LA plans entailed |
||
| significant alterations to Seapoint's building |
||
| plans which have had to be put on hold | ||
| until other issues, within the LA, are | ||
| resolved. |
