Directions and Guidance for Examiners Outcome of the Examination There weTe no matiers of 'con¢em' or'materiai significance, identified. Of the items reviewed, no errors in accounting weTe identified. The accoLmts were accurately reported. One erroneus invotce was identified as having been submitted incorrectly by Gi8gleswick school (Giggle5wick Deposit and FeeTransactions) but the actual amouts paad wer¢ confimied to be corwt. No further action was necessary. Natur¢ of the Ex8minatioD Accounts ￿re prepared for review on an accrlla15 basis although there were no party related tronsacttons to be reported. It was ¢onfirmed that the annua] tUTntsver was between £25k and £250k and was within the range where independent examination rather than professional audit is appropriate. The accounts were presented in Xero software. The incorne and expenditure account and balance sheet were initially reviewed and selected areas were then checked in more detail by drilling into the individual line items within Xero. As Xero is directly linked to the bank accounts amd invoices are uploaded the review was conducted eniirely within Xero. This is achieved by running an annual Summer music school. The ability to n]n the school is th¢refore e5%ntiai to the atms of the ¢harity. M4P at year end had £46108.39 in euTrent a55ets. This figure is greater than 250/0 of the total expected expenditure for 2025. i.e. above the minimum level determined by the ¢ommitte¢ to su￿]e1ent to ensure that M4P can run a succcssful summer school in 2025. Longer terni th¢ committee wish to reduce this to nearer the 250/0 ihreshold by returning fi]nds to students. Gory Barnett
