I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
Ghanty (Ihe Trust") for the year ended 131(￿2022.
As the chanty trustees of the Trust, you are respMsib18 for the preparation
R•sponslbllltles and of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charithqs AGt
basis of r•port 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act arKI in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable ￿'re¢ll￿$ given by the Charty Commission
under section 145(5)Ib) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confim that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed bebw ') in connection with

## 2. Aims and Objectives 

The aims and objectives of the charity are to: 

- Increase the profile of girls’ and ladies’ football in the local area. 

- Offer football coaching and playing opportunities to all playing members. 

- Provide duty of care and protection to all Club members. 

- Make sure all Club members are treated equitably. 

## 3. Finance and Accounts 

All monies are banked in an account held in the name of the Charity. 

- The accounts are kept by the Treasurer. 

- The financial year of the Charity ends on 13[th] June. 

- Cheques drawn against Charity funds are signed by an authorised signatory. 

- A credit card is held in the name of the Charity. 

- Should Haslingden Girls and Ladies FC no longer be viable and the accounts need to be wound up then any residual funds, after all creditors have been satisfied, shall be donated to a Club or organisation with similar aims and objectives. 

## 4. Management of the Charity 

The Trustees are supported by a Club Committee consisting of: 

- Chairman 

- Treasurer 

- Secretary 



- Welfare Officer 

- Team Representatives 

Other positions may be elected from time to time to assist with the running of the club. Trustees are elected by the Committee. 

## 5. Achievements and Performance 

The Covid 19 pandemic continued to impact the club during the financial year, resulting in reduced activity compared with a normal year. Membership numbers remained stable at around 170.
