2. Aims and Objectives
The aims and objectives of the charity are to:
-
Increase the profile of girls’ and ladies’ football in the local area.

Offer football coaching and playing opportunities to all playing members.
-
Provide duty of care and protection to all Club members.
-
Make sure all Club members are treated equitably.
3. Finance and Accounts
All monies are banked in an account held in the name of the Charity.

The accounts are kept by the Treasurer.
-
The financial year of the Charity ends on 13[th] June.
-
Cheques drawn against Charity funds are signed by an authorised signatory.
-
A credit card is held in the name of the Charity.
-
Should Haslingden Girls and Ladies FC no longer be viable and the accounts need to be wound up then any residual funds, after all creditors have been satisfied, shall be donated to a Club or organisation with similar aims and objectives.

5. Achievements and Performance
The Covid 19 pandemic continued to impact the club during the financial year, resulting in reduced activity compared with a normal year. Membership numbers remained stable at around 170.
