**Objects:** 3.1)The prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship, in particular but not exclusively as a result of human trafficking and modern slavery, for the public benefit by 3.1a) the advancement of education, including the education of the general public about issues in relation to human trafficking and modern slavery through congresses, seminars, fora and publications.3.1b) the relief of unemployment through support, advice and training. 3.1c)the relief of sickness and preservation of health. 3.2)To advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) as the trustees see fit from time to time.

**Activities:** Retrak helps street children to find long-term alternatives to life on the streets. Retrak recognises their vulnerability and disadvantage due to heath issues, particularly HIV/Aids, lack of education and opportunity to develop as children. It seeks to reunite children with their families and, if not possible seeking foster families where they will find love, security and support
