So what does this mean...
We started the year (I. September 2021) with £1 l.U2¥.53 (Ihis was an increase of £2,274.02 L)n the
pievious yedr 202012021 in the PTA dLLuunt.
The current bank balance for the Community Account is £20,505.33131" August 20221 an increase of
£9,474.80 the previous year12020121}
I hold £50 in petty cash as a general float for events at C.ambourne and £30 is held at Hardwick.

afternoon tea was given by mistake fTom this account, hence the £7.50 reduction on la%t yearl
This leaves us ￿'1th operall profit of £27J51.49 a Massive increase on last year of £16,649.1)l on the
2020121 year, thib is amazin¥.
A big part of our income this year ha5 come from generous donation5 from friends of and families at
th¢ school and th¢ option on th¢ wcbsitc to allow donations to bc mad¢ has bccn vcry popular. Thc
gift aid wc can also claim on thcsc donations has also hclpcd us out. Wc hav¢ ryn 28 fundraising
events wliich have siipported both Hardwick & Cainbourne Campus by purcliasing library books, play
equipment, sports equipinent and art supplies plus lots more. Funds raised have come from
parentlcarers iaking part in our fundraising evenis. events such as school discos. fetes. sponsored
reads and movie nibhts.
Our charitable expendi￿re has increased by £9.929.49 to £18,000.66- we had a huge spend of over
£7.IMIO on the library refurbishment5 at both sites.
The closiiig figure for 202112022 of aLtual funds available to the PTA dated to 31. August 22 is

We hold meetings every half term and email out to the whole school
advising of meeting dates. We offer recruitment for volunteers via
email and social media. We have a solid team of about 4-6 volunteers
Ivho manage the day to day running of the charity. Our trustees are
all named roles within the charity.
Our aims throughout the year are to raise funds through fundraising
events which the children can enjoy as Ivell as raising funds to enable
us to purchase little extras which the school can't afford and enrich
the school lives of the children.
We place our reports on the school Ivebsite for all to view should they
wish too.
