I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended
Responslbilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 {"the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
uiicler seLlion 145 of the 20.11 Act and In carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ') in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not accord wlth the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a
proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

Summary of the purposes of
the charity as set out in its
governing document
The relief of children and young people who are
sick. disabled or have special needs, in particular
but not exclusively by the provision of equipment,
holidays and other facilities and services to
improve their conditions of life. To advance the
education of pupils attending schools in Romford
ssex and Its surrounding area by providing and
assisting in the provision of facilities not required
to be provided by the local education authority for
education at the schools
Wipe Away Those Tears is a charitable trust
which seeks to benefit the public through the
pursuit of its stated aims. Our aims fall within the
description "the ￿ller of those in need. by reason
of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial
hardship or other disadvantage" set out in the
Charities Act 2006
The trustees have referred to the guidance
contained in the Charity Commissions, general
guidance on public benefit when reviewing Wipe
Away Those Tears, aims and objectives and in
planning future activities. In particular the
trustees consider how planned activities will
contribute to the aims and objectives they have
set. Our aims and objectives are to make
donations to children and young people who are
sick, disabled or have special needs in order to
improve their conditions of life and advance the
education of pupils attending schools in Romford
Essex and its surrounding area by providing and
assisting in thp. provision of facilities not required
to be provide.d by the. Incal p.diic.ation aLlthority for
education at the schools. We raise the funds
required to achieve our aims by carrying out
various fundraising activities. In addition the
trustees consider the Wipe Away Those Tears
gives added public benefit by its rapid and
flexible responses to the applications that it
receives.
