This report on the accounts of the St Mary's Farnham Royal School Voluntary Fund for the year ended 31[st  ] August 2023

## Basis of my Report 

My examination is carried out in accordance with general directions given by the Charity Commission. That examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the school for the Voluntary Fund and a comparison of the accounts with those records. It also includes considering any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements and seeking explanations from you as Trustees concerning such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts. 

In connection with my checking of the account, no matter has come to my attention: (l)  which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the Voluntary Fund has accounting records and prepared accounts. 

(2) in connection with my examination, there is no matter to which, in my opinion, attention 

should be drawn, in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached
