|Life|Bridging Works helps advance education of|
|the|public by:|

||disadvantaged<br>children<br>through<br>a|
||sponsorship<br>scheme. We currently|
||sponsor 22 children<br>and young people|
||from an area ofSouthern<br>Sudan.<br>There|
||are many orphans<br>and disadvantaged|
||children<br>there due tothe recent|
||conflict. From the original<br>scheme we|
||still have a further 13number<br>ofthose|
||we are supporting<br>are studying<br>at|
||University<br>towards<br>careers that will|
||benefit their local communities.<br>In|
||addition<br>we continue to develop our|
||sponsorship<br>scheme we set up in 2018|
||with children<br>from a deprived<br>area in|
||Alebtong,<br>Northern<br>Uganda.<br>There are|
||currently<br>29children<br>being supported|
||on this scheme.<br>So in total we are|
||sponsoring<br>60children/young<br>people.|
||Development<br>ofeducational|
||establishments.<br>We took a team of|
||people out in January 2020 to help|
||renovate<br>two schools<br>in Uganda,|
||plastering<br>and decorating,<br>as well as|
||roviding<br>activities for the children.|
