ANNUAL REPORT OF THE DAUGHTERS TRUST FOR THE YEAR ENDED November 30[th] 2024.

ACTIVITIES:

The Trust continued to receive donations from generous people and organisations during the 12 months from December 1[st] 2023 to November 30[th] 2024. We are so grateful to all of you.

And again, our thanks, to you who donated via gift organisations such as CAF, Stewardship and Paypal, who are anonymous, and we cannot thank you personally.

Our donations come in entirely through the philanthropy of kind and generous people.

We continue our fully comprehensive safeguarding policy.

Our aim continues to focus on the Daughters Centre in Phnom Penh, relieving poverty among trafficked people in Cambodia to which all of our receipts are restricted.

We continue to examine the checks which the Daughters Centre charity have in place and the work they do. We remain satisfied that they continue their work with poor trafficked people, in an honest, transparent and sustainable way.

TRUSTEES:

The Trustees met formally twice during the year (Sept 25[th] 2024, and November 25[th] )

The Trustees met with the Founder of Daughters of Cambodia in the late summer for in-depth feedback and checks. (Satisfactory).

FINANCIAL SITUATION:

Daughters continues on an even keel. The times have improved, income has risen.

We have continued to take no administrative expenses other than bank charges on transfers and registration fees with the main gift organisations. We have reduced bank charges on our overseas donations. And again, we follow the good financial governance principles of the Charity Commission.
