Activities

The objects of the charity are:-- to assist in the advancement of education and training for children, their families, staff and others working in the fields of early years, family support and community development.- to undertake research of early years and family policy and practice and to disseminate such findings both nationally and internationally.

Objects: 1 To Advance Education For The Public Benefit In Particular (but Without Limitation) By: 2.1.1 Providing Education And Training For Children, Their Families, Staff And Others In, But Not Exclusively, The Fields Of Early Years, Family Support And Community Development; 2.1.2 Developing The Capacity And Skills Of Members Of Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Communities In Such A Way That They Are Better Able To Identify, And Help Meet, Their Needs And To Participate More Fully In Society; 2.1.3 Providing At All Levels, Courses, Training And Continuing Professional Development In Early Education, Child Development And Social Care. 2.2 To Undertake Research In Early Years And Family Policy And Practice And To Disseminate Such Findings Both Nationally And Internationally. 2.3 To Advance In Life And Relieve The Needs Of Children And Young People In Particular (but Without Limitation) By: 2.3.1 The Provision Of Education And Care To Children, Young People And Their Families; 2.3.2 The Promotion Of The Better Care And Safeguarding Of Children And Young People; 2.3.3 The Provision Of Services To Advance Mental And Physical Health Of Children, Young People And Their Families; 2.3.4 The Provision Of Advice And Assistance To Children, Young People And Their Families Including Parent Education And Support; 2.3.5 The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life; 2.3.6 The Provision Of Services To Relieve Unemployment Of The Families Of Children And Young People; 2.3.7 The Provision Of Services To Relieve Poverty Among Children, Young People And Their Families.
