||The Charity has recently been supporting the building, resourcing and<br>maintenance of a school and associated assets in Yei in South Sudan.<br>There is also a strong focus on training staff to work both in the school<br>and in other parts of South Sudan.<br>A new project is being researched to develop a link between the<br>established Kindergarten and more remote villages schools where<br>teachers are untrained and resources are minimal.<br>In keeping with the development undertaken, the Kindergarten will now<br>be known locally as the Immanuel Kindergarten and Primary School.|

Significant items of income in the year included the second building You **may choose** to include grant receipt from St Denys, £11,107 and donations, including gift aid, of additional information, where £23,226. Of this, £12,500, including gift aid, was generously donated by relevant about: Dr Pamela Goode. A donation of £1,300 was received from ‘Roots Sudan’ • the charity’s principal in respect of bookshop equipment. £1,268 was spent on purchasing this sources of funds (including equipment. any fundraising); • how expenditure has supported the key objectives Building and renovation costs of £23,672 were expended  and donations of the charity; of £2,078 were made towards staffing costs. • investment policy and objectives including any ethical investment policy adopted.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for the year ended 30/04/2023 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out **Responsibilities and basis** under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I **of report** have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
