TO RELIEVE SICKNESS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING A HEALTH SCREENING SERVICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITH THE AIM OF DETECTING ALL TYPES OF CANCER IN PARTICULAR, LIFE THREATENING DISEASES IN GENERAL, AND TO MAKE THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE TO ALL.2. TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN GENERAL HEALTH MATTERS AND IN THE PREVENTION AND DETECTION OF CANCER AND OTHER LIFE THREATENING DISEASES

**Activities:** Health & Wellbeing Screening and Health advice to self referred, asymptomatic members of the community, to detect early signs of life threatening illness . No charge is made.  The Charity relies  on volunteers, supporters, donations, grants and fundraising. The NHS does not provide financial support. The Trust was formed in 1988 on the death of Mary How from bowel cancer.
