Objects: A) To Act As A Resource For Young Muslim People By Providing Advice And Assistance And Organisation Programmes Of Physical, Educational And Other Activities As A Means Of:i) Advancing In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals;ii) Advancing Education;iii) Relieving Unemployment;iv) Providing Recreational And Leisure Time Activity In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Young Muslim People Living In The Area Of Benefit Who Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons.b) To Advance The Education Of The Public, Particularly But Not Exclusively Amongst Those Working With Young Muslim People, In The Subject Of Youth Work Including Raising Awareness Of The Needs And Culture Of Young Muslim People And The Issues Faced By Them.c) The Promotion Of Equality And Diversity For The Public Benefit By:i) Advancing Education And Raising Awareness In Equality And Diversity;ii) Promoting Activities To Foster Understanding Between People From Diverse Backgrounds;iii) Conducting Or Commissioning Research On Equality And Diversity Issues And Publishing The Results To The Public;iv) Cultivating A Sentiment In Favour Of Equality And Diversity.
