Child Education Nepal UK Chairman's Report
I am pleased to report another successful year of fund-raising that has allowed CENUK to provide assistance, food and shelter for those victims of the landslides and Palpa District in general, and to make some minor progress in it's other objectives in Nepal.
Many of the charities original objectives were put on hold following the floods and landslides and indeed some of the earlier work was destroyed, but objectives still remain to put school leavers into further education.
We are pleased with the success of the fundraising events in Austria and the charity trek to Everest Base Camp, these proved very worthwhile and will be continued in the future.
Through the charity we continue to sustain improvements across all of our objectives.
