Ob ectives and activities
The chanty's mission is to care for any unwanted Gats, vaccinating,
micro-chipping and neutering cats so they can have a second Chan￿ of
a better lrfe in a loving forever home. The core of its work Can be
grouped together under three main areas..
To offer shelter and sanctuary for cats (including feral cats) in
need of medical attention.
To actively seek new homes for cats
To promote humane behaviour towards cats by educating
members of the public in all matters pertaining to animal vftlfare
and the
revention of cruel

Romney House Cat Rescue attracts a number of highly committed
volunteers from the local communty. Many of these volunteers assist
with the day to day operational aspects of running a cat rescue ¢entre.'
feeding the cats, replenishing litter trays, interacting with and grooming
cats. Volunteering enables these individuals to learn how to propedy
care for cats, and W￿th regard to young people, provides an insight into a
possible career in cat or animal welfare and protection.

Romney House provides work experience for Animal Management
students from Hadlow College and Capel Manor College.
Our charity actively promotes the importance of neutering.
