The Directors. who are also Trustees, present their [t￿rt with the financial statements for
the year ended 31 March 202 I.
The company was itKorpornted on 23 March 2006 under the Companies Act. Limited by
Guarantee and Not Having a Share Capitsl, exempt under Sertion 30 of the Companies
Act.
OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY
The company's Objects. &$ sct out in the memorandum of assoctation, are:
a) To advance the ¢d￿atIon and welfare of the inhabitants in particular those who
are at risk of social exclusion
b) To relieve the effects of ￿verty, in particular among young people and children
¢) To provide some relief for the needs of the elderly
d) To provide or a5SiSt in the provision of recreatlonaj activities. in parti¢ular for
those who have need by rea50n of their youth, age, infimiity or disablem¢Dt.
verty or social exclusion, in the interests of strengthenlng community and
incrwing S￿la1 trusL in particular, though not exclusively. within the parish of
St Mary the Virgiffj Plimrose Hill, and its neighbouring parishes within the
North Camden Deanery (namely, St Saviour's, Eton Road. St. Mark's. Regents
Park. Si Peter's, Belsize ParL- Holy Trinity, Finchley Road, Hamps*ad" and St
Mary with all Souls, Kilburn) or any other ecclesiastical parish associated with
or added to it.
The Directors consider that these objects are in the Public Benefit. The company currently
fulfils these Objects by running Youth Pmjects in North Camden Deanery.

Members on becoming a Director. Members c¢a5e to be a Member if he or sh¢ cea5¢S to be
a Director. The Liability of a Member is limited to £1 if the Company is wound up during
his or her Membership or within one year ihereafter.
REVIEW OF THE YEAR

ourLOOK AND GOtNG CONCERN
The Trust remains active in pursuing its objectives through applications for fur¥Jing from
charitable bodies and other institutions. Funds held at the year-e[￿ are expected to be
transferred during the year. for th¢ir dcsignated purp)ses. The Directors have assessed that
the Company is a going concern.
RESERVES
R￿erVeS at the year-end stood at £153,507 (2020: £90.888). All funds are ultimately spenl
on furthering the objectives of the TnLSt.
IUSK ASSESSMENT
The process of identifying the major risks to which the Company is exposed, as identified
by the Officers and Trustees, continues. The Officers and Trustees are committed to
continLting this review of risks identified, and to making sure that their systems established
to mitigate t1￿5¢ risks are improved, where necessary.

As charity trustees you are reS￿nSIble for the preparation of thc a¢¢ounts in accordance
with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('%he Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section
145 of the 2011 Ad and in caTrying out my e￿qMination I have followed all the applicable
Directions given by the Charity Commission under se¢tion 154(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confinn that no material matters have comc to my
attention in wnnection wilh the examination giving rne cause to believe that in any material
respect:
accounting record5 werc not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130
of the Act. or
2. the accounts do not comply with those records" or
3. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the forn]
and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations

For ihe year ended 31 March 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under
section 477 of the Companies Act 21x16 relating to Small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtsin an audit in accordance with section
476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their respxinsibilities for complying with the requirements of
the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to small
companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with FRS 102 and the

I. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Accounting Convention." The accounts have been prepared on an a￿rualS b&sis under
the historical ¢o$i accounting convention.
The a¢¢ounts have been prepared in accordance with the Stalemenl of Recommended
Practice: Accounting and Reporting by Charities in accordance with FRS 102, and with
the FRS applicable in the UK (FRS 102). aThl in accordance with the Charities Act 2011.
The charity constitutes a public benefit entity ls defined by FRS 102.
There are no material uncertainties that would cast significant doubt on the Charity's
ability to Continue as a going concern.
2. [NVESTME￿r INCOME
Jnve5thient income comprises bank interest ean]ed on deposit account.
3. CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES
Details of Charitsble A¢tivities are set out in the Directors. Rep)rt.
4. BANK DEPOSIT
The bank dewjsit is with Santander PLC and is repayable on demand.
5. ACCRUALS
Accruals comprise employee expense claims. pension contributions, temporary youth-
worker costs, teleplK)neJbroadband and other systems costs which had not been settled
at the year end.

7. TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES
Some of the Directors of the Company are memkrs of the PCC of St Mary the
Virgin. Primrose Hill, from which donation5 of £7.000 were received. The PCC
makes indoor space and facilities available to the Company for admini5trntive and
youth work activities. During the year. reswnsibility for handling all payroll and
employment matters transferred from the PCC to the Company.
