## **Annual report of the Barford Community Charity (Chair – John Murphy)**
This year the BCC received a further £25,500 from Barford Village Shop and a donation of £500 plus gift aid towards the BYCC defibrillator.
Over the year BCC has funded:
- Barford Youth and Community Centre (main build) £80,000
- Sand & Gravel group - £10K committed for essential reports of which £900 paid
- Barford Heritage Group – Barford History Book £3594
- BYCC new footpath link – contributed £1000
- Claimed Gift Aid towards the BYCC defibrillator
Current trustees are: John Murphy (Chair), Mary Peirson, Alice Helps (Wasperton), Barbara Moore (Sherbourne), Alan Rhead, Liz Harrison-Hall, Alison Gadsden and Sue Jessett.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (Ihe Trust.) for the year ended

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust. you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 (llhe Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5)(b) of the Act.

come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
