Annual Report Year ended 30 September 2024 Structurei governance and management Governing Document Daughters of Destiny (DOD)is governed by its Declaration of Trust daled 12 October 2006 Organisational Structure The organisational slructure of the Charity consists of the Trustees who determine the policies of the charity. Governance and Management The Chief Executive appoints members of the trustees, with full consideration given lo the requirements of proven christian faith and any special skills needed towards the advancement of the charity's objectives. Objectives and activities 1. To advance the Christian Faith in accordance with the statement of beliefs in such ways and in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the Trustees from time to time think fit. 2. To advance education in accordance with Christian principles by such means as the Trustees may consider appropriate including the provision of vocational and non-vocational training to women of all ages in such parts of the United Kingdom or the World as the Trustees from time to time may think fit. 3. To fulfill such other purposes which are exclusively charitable according to the law of England and Wales and are connecled with Ihe charitable work of the Charity in such ways and in such parts of the United Kingdom or the World as the Trustees from time to time may think fit. 4. The Trustees must use the income and may use the capital of the Charity to further the objects.

The "Daughters Of Destiny International" conference always known as (DOD) as our annual international and inter-denominational gathering of women that knows God has called them to be part of His heavenly kingdom and for those that are seeking to know God spiritually. These women of all ages especially young ladies who are peculiar and mindful, and knowing that they have been created for peculiarity and uniqueness, called to heavenly royalty and ready to make the difference with God for their generation with God-given potentials through gifts, skills and talents and are waiting in consciously for the coming King - The Lord Jesus Christ This is the ultimate purpose. 2. DOD 2024 Conference Ihemed "EMERGE" is our 25th year anniversary celebration that was held at lovely and stylish Yarnfield Park Training and Conference Centre, Yarnfield, Stone in the serenity with country sideview of Staffordshire. 3. As it was away-residential weekend, the uniqueness and the design added values and purpose to all that attended. Participants as always from London. Birmingham. Newcastle. Stevenage. Milton- Keynes, Texas USA, Malta, Nigeria. Hong-Kong, Canada. and Philippines. Even our children have a lovely weekend programme too. all inclusive. 4. DOD 2024 was an avenue that all womenlladies tapped into. for deep desire to see. to know and put to their practical daily lifestyles. Women who have been mightily touched. transformed, and equipped to become vessels that will carry the love of Jesus Christ into a broken and hurting world. This dynamiG mlnistry under the leadership of the hosvconvener, Pastor Tina Ovia, has inspired many women, empowering them to fulfil their God given and ordained abilities. 5. These Ihree-day event, Ir8nsformed many lives that are now walking into victories in various areas of their lives. It brought liberation into the lives of women in a special anointing and miracle worship service with guest speakers and guest artist - M. Obozua and group (This live worship band group always deliver, year in year out) with powerful. inspiring teachings and prophetic word, life changing inter-active seminars, healing m inistrations and prayer support, faith lifting testimonies, live inspiring worship sessions and neOrkIng opportunities workshops. 6. The uniqueness of DOD international Conferen as always been cross-generational {families, women, youth & singles, teenagers) bringing women of different ages and calibre together and we can confidently say that God ministered to all, it is an all-encompassing event. Below are other mini events that took pla prior to the main August event every year. 7. DOD "Mothers At Warf, 2024 took place early in the year, on the 20lh January 2024, Always the third Saturday in the first month of the year. This is an unbelievably valuable programme that is purposefully designed to engage in spiritual-warfare prayers for our family and loved ones. A closet where. as individuals we review and renew spiritually our life insurance policy with God and tuck ourselves and family securely under the shadow of God's mighty wings. This is geared to settling destinies, especially for our children and loved ones, contending in fervent prayers for future generations hiding our entire household securely in the STRONG TOWER and the efficacious BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST. putting a stop to every satanic assignment orchestrated against us and to lebrate our victories. 8. "DOD Breakfast" themed The Unchanging Changerf, was another mini conferencelseminar again always held mid-year in the month of May (Saturday 18th) with a difference every year, where spiritual. somatic. and social themes are addressed. It is usually interactive with Bible-quiz and impressive and fulfilling time of fellowship, sharing and prayer among women, the Millennials and Gen Z groups. g. These different programmes are geared towards encouraging women for their supportive roles to their family husbands, children, work life and community at large. The address of the principal office is 95 Camberwell Station Road. Camberwell, LONDON, SE5 9JJ. Statement of compliance These financial statemenls have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102. The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland,, the Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charit5es preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (Charities SORP {FRS 102)) and the Charities Act 2011. Accounting policias Basis of preparation The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis, as modified by the revaluation of certain financial assets and liabilities and investment properties measured al fair value through income or expenditure. The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the entity. Going ¢on¢¢rn There are no material uncertainties about the charity's ability to continue. Judgements and key sources of estimation uncertainty Fund accounting Unrestricted funds are available for use at the discretion of Ihe trustees to further any of the charity'5 purposes. Designated funds are unrestricted funds earmarked by the trustees for particular future project or commitment. Restricted funds are subjected to restrictions on their expenditure declared by the donor or through the terms of an appeal, and fall into one of two sub-classes: restricted income funds or endowment funds.
