I report to the charity trustee5 on my examination ol the accounts of The Davidav Charitable Trust (the Trust) for the year
ended 31 March 2021.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responslble for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wlth the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 I'the Act'},
I report in respect of my exarninatK)n of theTrust'saccounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and In carrying out my
examination I have followed all appliCae LlrectlOn5 given by the Charlty Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act.

I have completed rny examinatlon. I confirrn that no materlal matters have come to my attention in connection with the
examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect..
accounting records were not kept In respect of the Trust as required by section 130 01 the Act- or
the accounts do not accord with those records,. or
the accounts do 0t cornply wlth the applicable requirements COnrning the form and content of accounts set out
in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requlrement that the accounts give a true
and fair view which is rM)t a matter considered as part of an independent exatnination.
