House of Light is a perinatal mental health Charity offering support and counselling to parents' pre-conception to post birth who are struggling with mental health difficulties following pregnancy, birth and in cases of loss, miscarriage, termination and stillbirth. We do this via one to one counselling, group and one to one peer support, telephone and email support.

Objects: The Promotion Of Any Charitable Purpose Directed To Alleviating Those Who Suffer From Postnatal Depression And, In Particular, The Relief Of Sickness And Protection And Promotion Of Good Health (Both Physical And Mental) By The Provision Of Support And Counselling And The Advancement In Education In Matters Relating To Postnatal Depression And Its Effects In Particular By The Provision Of Advice And Guidance.
