2. Treasurer's Accounts
See attached annual statement, confirmed.
[NB Update to June 2021:
TTA invoice c. £3k tbc, and Hub funding - AS has put in application for £9k, tbc ASAP (will chase if not in by mid-July), Shadwell as well as NMH should be honoured, on website, programmes etc.; with this funding in place, TMP's balance for this year.
Bank account - current Trustees have limited access (previous Treasurer details still on site); SS will re-start process.]
3. Director's Reports
See latest attached separately; these received at each meeting by Trustees, with detailed discussion of each item.
[NB Update to June 2021:
7th June re-start - really successful (RR delighted this happened, thanks to AS's conscientious persistence). Teething troubles - lanyards, sanitising, chairs in teaching rooms, cleaning etc - resolved. Team Curry on Monday - real camaraderie resuming!
11th July Concert necessarily cancelled (because of delay in COVID reopening), so postponed to Christmas. In some ways better to give a longer run-up to prepare club members (AS/JS) - Sunday 12th December 2pm then 5pm.
Numbers inevitably dropped, though back up to 83, despite a year's-plus hiatus - TTA especially.
AS has seen HTJ - various internal issues: Laura keen for KS4/5 still to be taught by TMP, though eventually some KS3 by Inspiration Trust. TMP still invited to Open Evening etc., and room for both... . AS keeping eye on this.
TTA carrying on till 4pm from September. Big impact, so AS meeting HTJ and Laura to negotiate this. (JS - national trend, post-COVID)
One ongoing safeguarding issue worked on with TTA - tb monitored by AS, but otherwise resolved..
BACS payment back-payments a big job - generating invoices; some parents going back to weekly payments. (Administrative workload issue? RR - AS comfortable being in charge of all this, especially given the individual complications, but some settling-down should ease things somewhat)

4. Chair's Report
Just as Thetford Music Project finally regained a solid footing – willing venue and partner, financial sustainability, strong Directorship and tutors, generous Trustees and supporters –
COVID took everything over. This has been an unprecedentedly year, but all the more remarkable that throughout the various lockdowns, educationally, as well as financially (pending one grant due), TMP has continued to maintain online, and later in-person, highly affordable music instrumental teaching for up to 100 young local people, regardless of means, or setting.

CC report due - SS confirmed attached accounts submissible.
NCF - RR has spoken with Director & Chair, and been reassured all COVID recovery funds were spent, having been multiply over-bid for across Norfolk. Another pot had been indicated that ST was following up. RR has suggested a meeting to finalise an approach ASAP, while minds are possibly more focussed on this.
UAE Anthem - Keith & Lydia working on this - RR expressed gratitude: a fitting version, ideally with club members, would mark and honour the considerable support Shadwell has given to TMP over many years now.
President role - RR to talk to colleagues separately (NOW done, and will report next time).]

Trustees - live meeting - 5pm Thursday 30th Sept. (Leaping Hare or Bell - tbc)
Committee AGM - beginning of October - ideally in a largish room at TTA Thursdsy14th October 4.15 for 4.30pm
Trustees Spring Term 2022 - 5pm Thursday 10th February
Trustees Summer 2022 - May tbc
Committee Summer 2022 - June tbc.
