This year has secn ongoing challenges within our coininunity due to the impact of the cost-of-living crisis which drove
demand for help with food & fucl costs, eniergency debis, and benefit chccks. Dcspilc thc challenges, our organisatioii has
continued to deliver a qualiiy service. Our slaff and volunlccrs arc lo be coinmended for their dedication and compassion.
We inilialed a slratcgic review in early 2024 with Ihc aim to ensure we remain flexible in our respoiise to challenge and Ihal
we us¢ our resources effectively and efficicntly. while putting the needs of our communiiy and our tcam at the forefront of
our thinking.
Our servicc modcl is reflective of the benefits to both clients and to our organisalion of a mix of face-to-facc. lelephone, and
online services. We have continued to forge strong and effeclive partnerships with othcr scrvicc providcr5 in the slalutory
and I'hird Sector and our referrals to and froin these agencies incrcascd. In 2023-24 we rcccived over 850 referrals fToin
parincr agcncic5.

benefits cnquirics concerned personal independencc paymcnls (PIP), 80/0 rcgardiiig Universal Crcdil. Whero recordcd, 68 %

Advicelink projcct, funded by Welsh Governmcnt's Single Advice Fund (SAF), has been a vital element of our provision.
I'he aim of the Cominunity Advice 'feam (CAT) is lo provide a scrvice for thc people of Pembrokeshire within their
community and which works on a collaboralive and multi-agency basis. This approach a150 focuses on prevention, puts
those most in need first, and makes it easier for people to gel Ihe right support when they need it. CAT caseworkers carry
out hoine visits for those clients who are unable Io visit the offices or outrcaches due to ill health or their caring
rc5ponsibilities.
Wc also offer a welfarc benefits appcals service including full appeal hearing preparation and support on points of appeal.
I'hc Debi 'l'cam aiins to help clients manage thcir debi problems by identifying the most suitable options so that they can
decide on what 15 Ihc bcst onc for them. As wcll as helping clients to ncgoliale affordable repayments to priority and
non-priority crcdilors, wc can also hclp thein to apply for Debt Relicf Orders and Bankruptcy.
CIMIM WhRI's Yours.. I'hc Wclsh Cjovernmcnt's 'Claim What's Yours, campaign aims 10 raisc awarcness amongst those on
lowcr incoines, or thosc affcclcd by thc cost of living crisls, thal they could be missing out on funding they arc entiiled to

with their local authorily. The pilot scheme offers 24 months of paymcnls to everyon¢ entering it. As part of Ilie pilot
