Para 1.20	There are over 400 children, young people and adults in the Vale of Glamorgan with severe learning disabilities that access the club’s projects, plus hundreds more beneficiaries that visit the Vale, Barry Island Beach and Cardiff International Pool. The club’s Mini-Bus enables beneficiaries to link to local sport and leisure activities. The club has provided 3 All-Terrain Beach Wheelchairs at Barry Island. Provided 3 Changing Benches and 4 Aqua Pool Wheelchairs at Cardiff international Pool. Provided Adaptive Cycling Club in Jenner Park, Barry. Provided Adaptive Power Boat with wheelchair access at Barry Community Water Activity Centre. Provided Multi- Sensory Room in Barry for the benefit of club members, increasing the range of specialist equipment and facilities within the local community for the beneficiaries, and has seen a huge increase in attendance at our outdoor activities. We also provide Food Vouchers during the school holidays, to disadvantaged families with disabled children and one parent families to mitigate holiday hunger.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 20/08/2026 DD / MM / YYYY .

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
