There are over 400 children, young
people and adults in the Vale of
Glamorgan with severe learning

more beneficiaries to access cycling.
Provided Adaptive Power Boat at Barry
Community Water Activity Centre, at
Barry Waterfront, enabling disabled
wheelchair users to experience the
thrill of power boating on Tuesdays.
Provided an Interactive Multi-Sensory
Room, in Barry for the benefit of the
Club’s beneficiaries, increasing the
range of specialist adaptive equipment

within the local community for the beneficiaries The Covid 19 and LockDown had severely impacted our activities last year, but we have been able to open the activities to our beneficiaries, and have seen a huge increase in attendance at our outdoor activities. We also provide 50 Samsung Tablets for our beneficiaries to help them during lock down to communicate and interact with friends/relatives during their lock down.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 17/06/2022.
**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the **basis of report** preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
**Independent** I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material **examiner's** matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed **statement** below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
