The charity this year made a small loss due to the cost of Maintenance for the pool, some large parts had to be replaced and we caught up on some old Electricity bills that had not been paid from previous years.
Although the bookings for the pool were back up after COVID, no fundraising took place in this year.
Going forward into 2022-23 fundraising has started again and the outside agencies have started hiring the pool again, so next year despite the utility expenses we are hoping to get back into profit.

I have scrutinised the accounts for St Michaels School PTA and find them to be in good order and I have no concerns regarding these accounts.
I did not have anything to do with these accounts in 2021-22 and have only become a Trustee for 2022-23 and will find someone else to scrutinise the accounts next year.
