**Objects:** TO FURTHER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE VILLAGE HALL OF LEE MILL, NEAR IVYBRIDGE IN THE COUNTY OF DEVON AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.

**Activities:** The LMCA provides fundraising community events three times per year for the enjoyment of the community and the wider public. All funds raised are put towards developing the local area and facilities within that will be an asset to the community for many years to come.
