Wc provide persortal and holistic social care 5UPPOrt inlo people's homes and also by providing ironsport & supporl to a¢￿5
their communities. We do this 7 days a week. 365 days a year.
To enhance our support service, we recrult volunteers pmvidin8 eompanionship lo isolated people who have no oiher a¢c¢ss
lo services. As of 31 st March 25, we have 59 aclive volunteers SUPPOrting 63 Clients.
As part of a 31-member partnership, we use largelcd campaigns. so¢ial medi4 and partnerships to ￿8¢h hidden carers. By
ollaborating ivilh community organisaiions and ndworks, we create accessible cnlry points for individuals 10 ¢on￿￿1 iyith
services and advo¢at¢ for unpaid carers.
We also provide day opportunities and group aclivilies in our Communiiy Hub and through ser¥i¢e5 ivilh other local
partners.
We provide serviccs always accoftlirtg to our values: respectful. resourceful. Irustworthy. effective, and caring.
