TO ADVANCE MUSIC EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN BRECON AND RADNORSHIRE (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) BY ENCOURAGING AN APPRECIATION OF MUSIC MAKING AND TO DEVELOP SKILLS WHICH WILL EMPOWER THEM TO FULFIL THEIR PERSONAL AND MUSICAL POTENTIAL ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND TO ENABLE THEM TO PRODUCE ENSEMBLE PERFORMANCES OF MUSICAL EXCELLENCE.2.  PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED.

**Activities:** To advance music education for the benefit of children and young people in Brecon and Radnorshire (the area of benefit) by encouraging an appreciation of music making and to develop skills which will empower them to fulfil their personal and musical potential on an individual basis and to enable them to produce ensemble performances of musical excellence.
