**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF HEALTH CARE WORKERS IN REGIONS OF LOW RESOURCE HEALTH CARE SUCH AS AFRICA, ASIA AND LATIN AMERICA THROUGH FILM AND OTHER MEDIA.  THE FOCUS OF THESE FILMS WILL BE INITIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY ON THE SUBJECT OF WOMEN'S HEALTH AND MATERNAL HEALTH AND CHILD CARE.TO DISTRIBUTE VIA FILM AND RELATED MEDIA EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL WHICH IMPROVES THE GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF HEALTH MESSAGES AND SUPPORTS THE SUSTAINABILITY OF HEALTH CARE IN DEVELOPING REGIONS AROUND THE WORLD.
