March 2012

In planning our activities for the year, we reflected on the Charity
Commission's guidance on public benefit at our trustee meetings and
provided the following:
We provided benevolence to members of the church and the local
community members. Our evangelism programme helped to restore
vulnerable members of the public suffering from marital difficulties, social
exclusion and family life issues.
We helped build spiritual friendship among members and impacted
positively on the spiritual and moral well-being of adults and youth
members of the church through workshops and weekly prayer sessions.
We distributed audio teachings about Christian virtues to members of the
public and reached out to countless homes with our radio evangelism
broadcast on Saturdays.
Summary of the main
activities undertaken for the
public benefit in relation to
these objects linclude within
this section the statutory
declaration that trustees have
had regard to the guidance
issued by the Charity
Commission on public
benefitl
These activities benefited the members and the local community in
developing positive attitudes while providing opportunities for
socialisation of members of the church and the public at large.

Achievements and performance
Sunday Worship Service: The Church meet on every Sunday throughout
the year (52 Weeks) to worship. Attendance to our worship service range
between 69-85 worshippers per Sunday. Members enjoyed spiritual
songs, bible teachings and sermons. The church regularly received
visiting preachers and brethren from London and beyond who came to
edify and worshipped with the congregation.
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
Conversion and Baptism: Through the evangelism programme of the
Church, four members of the public converted(baptised) into the
Christian when they accepted Christ as their personal saviour. They have
subsequently been worshipping with the church while studying the
doctrine and teachings of the Church of Christ as a non-denominational
Church.
Community Socialisation and Trip.. In keeping with the objective of
promoting the physical and social wellbeing of members , the Church
successfully organised a trip to Brighton for outdoor activities and
socialisation .To this end, the Church organised a variety of socio-
physical activities across the age groups in athletics, football, tag of war.
