31st MARCH 2025
The Trustees present their annual report and financial statements of The Triumphant Church of God
for the year ended 31 March 2025. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with
the accounting pollcies set out in note I to the financial statements and comply with the Charities
Act 2011, the charity's governing document, and Accounting and Reporting by Charitie5'. Statement
of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 (effective I
January 20191.
I. OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT
The primary objettive of The Trlumphant Church of God, as set out in its governing document, IS the
advancement of the Christian faith and the promotion of charitable activities for the public benefit.
The charity fulli15 Its objectives through the provision of regular worship services, prayer meetings,
Bible teaching, community outreach programmes, and pastoral support within the local community
and surrounding areas.
To this end, the charity is committed to enabling as many members of the public as possible to
porticipate In Christian worship and fellowship through weekly services, prayer gatherings, rellgious
teaching, and the celebration of significant Christian events. The church also provide5 Spiritual
guidance, youth and family SUPPDrt, and community-focused activities designed to promote social
inclusion, wellbeing, and communlty cohesion. In addl￿ork, the charity undertakes charltable
outreach and support initiatives for individuals and families in need, thereby furthering Its
commitment to serving the wider community for the public benefit.
2. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
The Trlumphant Church of God has continued to Strengthen its activities during the year and has
mairktained steady engagement within the local community. Attendance at weekly worship service5,
prayer meetings, Bible study sessions, and community events h3s remained consistent, with
increasing parhcipation across a range of church activities. In keeping with the charity's objectives,
varlous OLJtre8ch and communlty support initiatives have continued throughout the year.
As in previous years, the charity has SilPPOrted vulnerable members of the community through
pastoral care, charitable giving, food support initiatives, and practical assistance where required. The
church continues to provide a welcoming and supporknve environment for worship, Spiritual
encouragement, and social interaction for Individuals and families within the wider community.
Volunteers remain central to the day-to-day activities of the charity, assisting with administration,
worship services, community events, youth activities, and outreach programmes.
The charity continues to deliver regular religious servlces and educ3tional activities both in person
and, where appropriate, through digital platforms to ensure accessibility for a wider audience.
Weekly worship servi£es, Bible stLJdie5, prayer meetings, youth fellowship activities, and cotnmunity
discussions are held regularly at the church. The charity also provides p95toral Support and facilitate5
important Christian ceremonies including weddings, thanksgiving services, child dedication services,
and funeral services, supporting members of the congregation at significant moment5 in their lives.

3. STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The Triumphant Church of God is a registered charity governed by its Constitution. The charFty is
adminlstered and managed in accordance with its governing document and in compliance with the
provisions of the Charities Act 2011. The linancial ststements have been prepared in accordance with
the governing documents, current statutory reqijirements, and the requirements of Accou1)￿fig and
Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice appllcable to charlties preparing their
accoLtnts under FRS 102.

The Trustees are responsible for the strateglc dlrection of The Triumphant Church of God and for
ensuring that its activities are carrièd Dut in furtherance of its charitable objectives. Trustees share
responsibility for oversight of worship services, community outreach activities, safeguarding, pa5tor41
care, and lirkancial management.
b. Management of the Charlty
The Trustees meet regularly throughout the yèar to review operations, monitor financial
performance, and plan future activitie5. They are responsible for the overall governance, day-to-day
manaEement, and administration of th& charity. The Trustees are supported by chtsrch leaders and
volunteers who assist with worship setvices, edurdtional programmes, community outreach, and
operational activities within the Church.
4. FINANCIAL REVIEW
The Trustees consider the financial performance of The Triumphant Church of God during the year
ended 31 March 2025 to have been satisfactory. Total income received during the year amounted to
£111,97112024: £78,337), representing a notable increase compared to the previous year. This
Increase reflects Strengthened giving and continued community engagement.
Total expenditure for the year amounted to £48.79512024: £45,050). Expenditure was incurred in
furtherance of the Charity's objectr"ves, including the delivery of worship services, community

Out￿aCh activities, pastoral and welfare support, and the general running costs of the church and
associated facilities.
The Trustees monitor income and expenditure on a regular basis and remain mindful of maintaining
financial stability. At the year end, the Trustees are of the opinion that the Charity continues to hold
sufficient resources to meet Its ongoing operational commitments and to support Its planned
activities.
5. PUBLIC BENEFIT
The Trustees have paid due regard to the Charity Commission's Euidance on public benefit. These
guideliries have been followed when reviewing the chartty's aims arbd objectives and planning
future activities of The Triumphant Church of God.
The Charity carries out a wide range of activities in pursuance of its charitable objectives. The
Trustees conslder that these activities provide benefit both to those who attend worshlp services,
prayer meetings, and educational programme5, and to the wider loc31 community. Detailed
information on the Charity'5 activities and impact is provided in the Achievement5 and Performance
section of this Report.
Facilities and seNices provlded by the Charity are available to all members of the community, with
partÉcular emphas15 on supporting those of the Christian falth. The Charity 3150 er)gages with
individuals and families from different backgrounds through it5 Outreach and community initiatives,
promoting understandlng, spirltual development, and social cohesion within the wider community.
6, RISK POLICY
The Trustee5 of The Triumphant Church of God regularly review the major risks to which the Charity
is exposed and ensure that appropriate 5YStems are in place to mitigate those risks. Internal controls

7. VOLUNTEERS, CONTRIBUTIONS IN ACHIEVING THE OBJEcfivES OF THE CHARITY
The Triumphant Church of God continues to rely heavily on the dedicatiori and commitment Df its
volunteers for the successful delivery of Its objechves. Their support is central to the Charity's abllity
to provide worship, pastoral, educational, and community outreach services.
The Trustees would like to extend their sincere thanks to all volunteers for their time, effort, and
orkgolng commltment, parkncularly those involved in the organlsation of worship Se￿ICeS, prayer
meetings, and religious programme5, the delivery of education81 and youth activities, administration
and communicattons, maintenance of church premlses, and support for community events and

outreach inltiatives throughout the year. Their contribution ensures that the Charity can operate
effectively and continue to meet the needs of the congregation and the wider community.
8. PLANS FOR THE FUTURE
Community engagement continues to grow, wlth regular attendance and participation In the
activities of The Triumphant Church of God Steadily increasing. To delÉver its charitable objectives In a
more structured, effective, and efficient manner, the Charity continues to develop its operational
capacity and strengthen its organisational arrangements.
The Charity plans to explore initiatives to improve energy efficiency and enhance facilities at the
church premises. Consideration wlll also be glven to securing funding for these improvements and
for supporting ongoing worsh5p, pastoral. and community programme5.
Additional future plans include:
Maintainin8 arkd improving worship and communal facilities
Organislng further outreach and engagement activities for elderly and vulnerable members of the
community, and strengthening relationships with other local churches and community organisations
Ensuring continued compliance with all statutory health and safety obllgations
Parhcipating in collaborative charitable work aligned with the Charit¢s objectives
These InwliatÉves aim to enhance servlce delivery, improve facilities, and continue providing
meaningful spiritual, social, and practical beneilts to the congregation and the wider community.

10. STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Annual Report and the financlal statements in
accordance with applicable law and regulations.
This Report has been prepared in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 and the requirement5
applicaljle to small charities registered with the Charlty Commission for England and Wales.
Charities Act 2011
Charity law requires the Trustees to prepare financi315tatements for each financial year. The Trustees
are required to prepare linancial statements that give a true and fair view of the state of affalrs of
The Triumphant Church of God and of its financial activities for the period.
In preparlng the financial statement5, the Trustees are required to:
Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently,.
Make judgments and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent,.
Prepare the financial statements on the goirkg concern basis unless It is inappropriate to presume
that the Charity will continue in operadon.
The Trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity and for taking reasonable
steps for the preven￿On and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
The Trustees are further responsible for ensuring that proper accounting records are kept, which
dlstlose with reasonable accuracy at any time the tinancial position of the charity, and enable them
to ensure that the fi'nancial statements comply with applicable legislation and accounting standards.
They are also responslble for the malntenance and integrity of the corporate and financial
information included on the Charity's website. Legislation in the United Klngdom governing the
preparation and dissemination of financial statemellts may differ from legislation in other
Jurisdictions.
10. STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIE5
The law applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the Trustees of The Triumphant Church
of God to prepare financial statements for each financial year accordance with United Kin8dom
Generally Accepted ACCOUn￿ng Practice Iunited Kingdom Accounting Standard5 and applicable lawl.
The Trustees must not approve the financial statelnents unless they are satisfied that they give a true
and fair view of the state of affairs of the Charity and of the incoming resources and application of
resources, includinE the income and experkditure, of the Charity for that period.
In preparing these financial statements, the Trustees are requlred to:

Observe the methods and prlnciples in the Charities SORP,.
Make judgments and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent,.

Respective responsibilities of Trustees and Examlner
The Charity's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Trustees consider that
an audit is not required for this year and that an independent examination is appropriate.
It Is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011,.
Follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions issued by the Charity Commission
(under Section 14515llbl of the 2011 Act).
State whether any particular matters have come to my attention.
BASIS OF THE INDEPENDENTEXAMINER'S REPORT
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examinatiDn include5 a review of the accounting records kept by The Triumphant
Church of God and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the
Trustees concerning any such matter5,
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audlt, and
consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view,. The
report is limited to those matters set out below.
