LoThJridge Scout 8oats.ng Centre has subsequently been W￿JThJ up. The cornmercial &trb"e5 W￿￿ transferred to
Longrty on the Thame5 on l Novemi*r 2010.
Recruitment and appointment of new trustees
The management of the company is the rewsth'lty of the Tru*￿5 who are elected arKI ccws*ed under the temis of
the Trust deed.
Organisbtional structure and decision making
The Trustees govern Longridge (x) the Than*s under the temis of the TnA Eeed. registered on 9 August 2007 a5
amended by Speoal Regyul￿ on 15 Ottot￿r 2CQ7, and a￿ apwinted at t￿ Annual General Meeting or by the existing
Trustees during the year. New Trustees are given an oppjtunity to examire the Trust d(Luments, wh¢ch are avoilable
from the ChairFnan, and are ￿uraged to review the guidan￿ Offe￿ by the Chanty Commissv)n if they are unfamiliar
wth the ge￿ra1 ofTrustees.
