**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY WITHIN BUT NOT EXCLUSIVE TO THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE DEVELOPMENT OF FINANCIAL AWARENESS, THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS.
