The Charity's aims are to benefit families in the Northampton area by the provision of activities and facilities for care,leisure and recreation;to promote social welfare by improving the conditions of life,and to benefit the public at large but especially those who are disadvantaged due to their youth,age,financial hardship or social,health or economic circumstances.

Objects: To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Northampton And The Surrounding Area The Provision Of Out Of School Facilities For The Daily Care, Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of The Beneficiaries Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Youth, Age, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interest Of Their Social Welfare With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants; Andto Further Benefit The Residents Of Castle Ward, Northampton (without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions) By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education, To Develop The Capacity And Skills Of The Community And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare And Cohesion.'
