|activities in relation to those<br>purposes for the public<br>benefit, in particular, the<br>activities, projects or<br>services identified in the<br>accounts.|1.19|but difficult year for Cambridge Russian and for<br>the whole country.<br>The school has been continuing to provide a<br>wide variety of classes ranging from academic<br>subjects like Russian language and literature,<br>exam courses GCSE and A-level, to vocational<br>subjects like programming, ceramics and<br>Russian dance for students aged 3 to 18, and<br>classes of Russian language for adults.<br>First months of the term the school operations<br>have been run smoothly and effectively by our<br>wonderful and very hardworking<br>administrative team – the director Jelena<br>Carter and the senior administrator Marina<br>Olefir, helped by our dedicated duty team.<br>By agreement with Long Road Sixth Form<br>college, we started our academic year a little<br>later that year - on September 19. With lots of<br>safety measures and additional risk assessment<br>established by government and college. We<br>also gave students and their families<br>opportunity to carry on online learning if they<br>wish to. Online schedule was built based on<br>students’ needs and requests.<br>Additional cleaners been employed by college<br>for ensuring the rooms are left cleaned and<br>sanitised after our lessons. Trustees team<br>helped school to monitor additional cleaning<br>and to implement one waysystem forparents|

Organisation QR codes been<br>displayed for track and trace.<br> Trustees and administrations held an online<br>meeting with parents 13/10/2020<br>Halloween party for kids and their parents.<br>(With social distance) been organised before<br>the half term.<br>November 2020<br>Since the start of second lockdown in UK with a<br>huge support from the Trustee team Russian<br>School switched again to most of the lesson<br>online. Almost all teachers ran their lessons<br>online via zoom. We managed to keep majority<br>of pupils at school, since start of the online<br>learning.  The trustees have been on hand to<br>advise the administrative team as required and<br>met several times (online) to discuss the<br>direction of the schoolwork with the<br>administration to achieve our goals.<br>We returned to school on December the 5 [th]<br>and managed to organise Christmas presents<br>for students during the following Saturday.<br>From January till February 2021 during 3 [rd]<br>lockdown school successfully operated online.<br>From Saturday 13 March we returned to school<br>classes, as agreed with the college. With<br>additional measures and restrictions.<br> AGM and Trustees election been organised<br>online.<br>Open Day at our school on June 26 [th]  for new<br>kids and parents.<br>Annual BBQ organised by Trustees for parents<br>and kids 03/07/21<br>Statement confirming  Para 1.18  The school operates as a not-for-profit<br>whether the trustees have  organisation. Achievements against  our largest group, some drama, dance, and art<br>objectives set  classes.<br>We also had to reduce the maximum classes<br>size, splitting larger classes into smaller groups<br>to facilitate online teaching.
