REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF APRIL LODGE GUINEA PIG RESCUE (CHARITY NO.
1121002) ON THE ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 2023
The Charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of accounts. The
charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under
settion 145 of the Charities Act 2011 and that an independent examination is
needed.
It is a responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Att
.to follow the procedures laid down in the general Charities Act
.to state whether particular matters have come to attention.
An examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by
the Charities Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting
records kept by the charity and comparison of the accounts p.resented with
those records. It also includes consideration of any such matters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required
for a full audit, consequently no opinion is given as to whether accounts
present a 'true and fairf view.
In connection with the examination no matter has come to attention.
